PARKING

Parking for our St Catharines location can be found on the street, in the Garden Park public parking lot on Carlisle St, at Market Square and in the IMpark lots on St. Paul St., and on James St. We are not responsible for any parking infractions or charges associated. Lateness may result in a modified or rescheduled appointment. Please leave yourself time to find parking.

PAYMENT POLICY

R and R Refinery accepts Visa, MasterCard, and Interac.

CELL PHONE POLICY

Please silence your phone during your treatment. Consider this truly private time during which you can temporarily check out for restoration. Calls taken during a treatment may shorten your treatment time or interfere with optimal treatment outcomes.

Cancellation Policy
R and R Refinery requires 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations. This time frame allows us to accommodate other R and R Refinery clients, notify clients on the waiting list and keep operations running smoothly.

Life happens, we understand that, so your first missed appointment may be forgiven. No call/no show appointments will be billed at 100% service fee. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours will be billed 50% service fee.

After 2 missed appointments, a credit card number will be required to book all future appointments. Failure to keep your appointment will result in a non refundable charge for the full value of your scheduled appointment.

Cosmetic Tattooing appointments will require a 25% non-refundable deposit to secure your spot. If you miss your appointment or cancel within 24 hours, your deposit is forfeited, and another will be required to rebook.

Touch up appointments for Cosmetic Tattooing are scheduled and valid within 12 weeks of initial appointment only, and may only be rescheduled once before becoming subject to additional appointment fees.
